Christopher Cognata

Chris Cognata was Born on Christmas Day in 1985. He was an old soul before he or anyone knew it, cut from a cloth that they stopped making decades before he was born. Some would say centuries before his time. They don’t make them like Chris anymore. A dying breed almost extinct in today’s world.  Chris or “little” Chris earned his name because as a kid, he was a little fella amongst men growing up in Lindenwood, Howard Beach, Queens. In time he towered over anyone who knew him since he was waist high and fearless even at a young age. He was a loyal friend to those he loved and would die for them if he truly loved you. He was a street kid, wise beyond his years and was one of the nicest people you would ever know if you were his people. He was fearless, relentless, loving and loyal to his principles and rules in life.  While losing him in a tragedy, he is survived by his beautiful daughter, friends and family, endless folklore and legendary stories and lessons of life. In his young age, he lived more than hundreds of men who lived to be 100+ I love you and miss you. Till I see you again.
